Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time: 1 business day
Handling time includes order verification, packaging, and the transfer of your order to the selected shipping carrier. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please note, tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Maxfaze is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Requests must be submitted immediately. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not qualify for reshipping.
Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, seasonal volume, public holidays, or security checks. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and notify Maxfaze customer support. Packages stolen after delivery confirmation are not the responsibility of Maxfaze.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times. Each package will have its own tracking number, and there is no additional charge for separate shipments.
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees or be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund or an alternative solution.
